Kodak y Komori anuncian asociación estratégica
Komori y Kodak anunciaron una asociación estratégica que les permitirá ofrecer una inigualable interoperabilidad entre el software de control de tareas de impresión Komori KP-Connect (K-Station 4) y KODAK Prinergy Workflow. Al integrar KP-Connect (K-Station 4) y PRINERGY Workflow, Komori y Kodak incrementarán la automatización y productividad de los clientes mutuos. La solución integrada es demostrada en el stand de Komori en drupa (pabellón 15, stand D04).
La cooperación automatizada entre KP-Connect (K-Station 4) y PRINERGY Workflow da a los usuarios de las prensas offset y digitales Komori una poderosa solución de programación y funciones de automatización de la pre-prensa. Con esta combinación de sistemas de flujo de trabajo de pre-prensa y de producción, los clientes experimentarán los beneficios de reducir los costos de trabajo y los errores, además de tener la capacidad de completar los trabajos más rápido, abriendo nuevas oportunidades de ganancia con trabajos de tirajes cortos. Esta solución integrada de flujo de trabajo combina la poderosa característica RBA (Rules-Based Automation, automatización basada en reglas) de PRINERGY Workflow y la gestión de procesos en tiempo real con la programación de K-Station 4 a través de CIP4/JDF. Esta solución combinada ofrece un proceso de pre-prensa muy robusto, pero también flexible y automatizado.
